Monitoring the effectiveness of the training provided is certainly an ethical action for those who create training processes; it becomes vital for those who, like us, value their own “raison d'Être”.

The reports of the evaluation of effectiveness are also indispensable for managing the training in the company as an important tool for dialogue with internal clients, as they make it possible to ensure consistency between strategic plans and training plans and therefore also the correspondence between the client's objectives and performance of the training company.

In this sense, the evaluation of effectiveness, with the activity of research and identification of the changes occurred in the participants (both in performance and in behaviours and skills), translates into a necessary continuous interest in always new tools that allow more complete evaluations and accurate but also with the least possible impact on aspects of time and detection.

Reviewing with a critical eye the numerous tools present in the training landscape and their theoretical contexts of reference and taking again the analysis carried out by our company in the years of work with customers, we felt the need to proceed towards improvement, recalibration and a new leap of paradigm, reaching the need to create an instrument that brings together the 4 levels of measurement of Kirkpatrick (appreciation, learning, transfer to work, business results) presented as an integrated system able to cross information from various evaluative moments spread in all the training activity. An objective that is certainly ambitious but in line with the meaningful needs shared by those who make training their job and those who use it as a tool to improve their business.
